Refund and Returns Policy

OVERVIEW

At Texas Prime Office Suites, we are committed to providing exceptional services tailored to your business needs. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are granted, promoting accountability and ensuring fairness for all clients.

1. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for the following services:

• VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICES:

Refunds are available only if the service has not been utilized (e.g., mail forwarding, address usage) and cancellation is requested within 7 days of purchase.

• MEETING ROOM BOOKINGS:

Refunds are provided if the booking is canceled at least 24 hours before the reserved time. No refunds are issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

• EXECUTIVE WORKSPACE AND COWORKING SPACES:

Refunds are not provided for unused time once the workspace has been occupied or accessed.

• VIRTUAL ASSISTANT AND REGISTERED AGENT SERVICES:

Refunds are not available once work has commenced or documents have been filed on your behalf.

2. CLIENT ACCOUNTABILITY

We expect clients to manage their bookings and subscriptions responsibly, adhere to deadlines, and respect cancellation policies. Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind or unrealistic expectations.
  • Errors or omissions made by the client (e.g., incorrect booking details).
  • Missed cancellation deadlines or no-shows.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to support@texasprimesuite.com.
  • Cancellations for subscription-based services must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
  • Meeting room bookings and one-time services must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

4. REFUND PROCESSING

Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. NO-SHOW POLICY

No-shows disrupt our operations and affect other clients. Charges for missed bookings will apply, and refunds will not be granted. Prompt communication is encouraged to avoid such charges.

6. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Services already rendered or utilized.
  • Subscription fees already charged prior to cancellation notice.
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations.

7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
